Between 10:24 and 13:34 BST, some checks using the Moody's Orbis data provider returned errors. This affected both the monitored and the non-monitored versions.
During this time period, we discovered the errors were caused by excessive load on our database. This was due to the combination of a database update running alongside a high volume of scheduled tasks and regular traffic.
We have taken steps to avoid concurrent scheduling of operations which place a heavy load on the database.
