This is a planned maintenance activity aimed at keeping the system updated and secure. The current Postgres version (13) is approaching its end of support in November 2025 and SRE team will be performing the upgrade of the reporting Postgres database in prod-uae from version 13 to version 17 to ensure continued support and reliability.
Please be advised that during the maintenance window, the reporting tab will experience temporary unavailability. However, all other application functionalities will remain fully operational during this time.
